Dr. Jennifer Sager is a licensed psychologist with over 12 years experience in the field. She is a private practitioner and independent provider for The ITM Group in Gainesville, Florida. She provides psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and couples. Dr. Sager’s areas of specialization include relationship issues, personal fulfillment, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, sexuality and gender identity/ transition. She also has extensive experience working with personality disorders, mild eating disorders, identity issues, stress management, bereavement, self-esteem, career issues, personal growth and self-understanding. In addition to counseling, Dr. Sager provides Psychological Evaluations, Executive and Academic Coaching, Organizational Consultation, Specialized Training or Workshops, and Keynote Presentations.
She has published articles and presents nationally on multicultural issues, including Multicultural retention programs and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered issues. As an author, she has published "The Psychology of Transgender", a book chapter featured in The New Goddess: Transgender Women in the Twenty-First Century (2006) and the upcoming book Becoming Multiculturally Responsible on Campus, which will be available in November 2007.

Ellen Young received her Bachelor‘s degree from the University of Florida and her Masters Degree from Florida State University. She is currently licensed as a L.C.S.W. in the State of Florida.
Ellen began working with in-patient clients at the North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center. After a career with the state she began working in private practice as a therapist. She continued to work in the community service arena as a mid-level manager.
Ms. Young currently facilitates group therapy with sexual offenders and anger management clients in three different locations around North Central Florida, and also serves as a therapist for individual clients. She enjoys the challenge of assisting people in achieving personal growth.

Dr. Norma J. Charles is a native of Louisiana. She completed her BA degree in Psychology at Xavier University of Louisiana. Dr. Charles immediately attended graduate school at The University of Kansas where she received her MS. Ed. in Post Secondary Agency Counseling. Upon completing her master’s degree, Dr. Charles acquired a job with the United States Government (Dept. of Army) in Germany where she worked as a counselor for 4 years on a military installation. Upon returning to the United States Dr. Charles worked in various community mental health settings in both urban and rural settings, hospitals, and inpatient psychiatry in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland/DC, Kansas, Florida, and in Germany.
Dr Charles later went back to school to obtain her doctorate degree simultaneously receiving a second Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed as both a mental health counselor and psychologist. Upon completing her doctorate degree Dr. Charles completed an internship in which she served a Captain in the United States Air Force at Andrews Air Force Base, DC/MD. She also interned as a psychologist trainee at The University of Memphis, TN.
Dr. Charles came to The University of Florida in August 1996 and currently works at the Student Health Care Center/Infirmary, Department of Mental Health. She wears several ‘hats’ to include being the Coordinator for Minority Programs at Student Mental Health. Dr. Charles has been an active member of several UF programs such as The Minority Mentor’s Program, the University of Florida’s Athletic Association and Employee Assistance Program. She has previously served as both President and Vice President of the Association of Black Faculty and Staff at UF for three consecutive years.
Dr. Charles has recently ventured into private practice in order to be an added counseling resource to the Gainesville community, particularly to persons of color. Dr. Charles also provides counseling services to various social services programs within Gainesville/Alachua County. Some of Dr. Charles’ experiences and specialty areas include but not limited to: general community mental health services such as individual, group, couples and family counseling; relationship issues, psychological assessments; crisis intervention; drug and alcohol related issues; child abuse and domestic violence; support groups for men and women; consultation and psycho-education and preventive outreach programs which some of you may have been participants. Dr. Charles is both a Licensed Psychologist and Mental Health Counselor. On a personal level she enjoys traveling and exploring other cultures, cooking, dancing, outdoor water sports, and the love of her pets Baci’ and Benyae.

Pam Miller, M.A. is a licensed therapist, a Juvenile Sex Offender Specialist and a Certified Criminal Justice Specialist. She has specialized in the field of sexual abuse since 1984; supervising group homes for abused adolescents, directing two abuse shelters for children newborn to eighteen, and providing assessment and outpatient services to child victims, adult survivors, abuse reactive children, adult offenders and adolescents with sexual behavior problems.
Pam is a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) and a charter member of the Florida Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (FATSA). She is a current board member of Florida ATSA and is the editor of the Florida Forum, the association’s newsletter. She served on the 2005-2006 Florida Governor’s Task Force on Juvenile Sex Offenders and their Victims and currently serves on the Leadership Council for Florida’s Comprehensive Approach to Managing Juveniles Who Sexually Offend; a state-wide forum addressing the recommendations from the Governor’s Task Force.
At The ITM Group, Pam is the director of outpatient services for adolescents with sexual behavior problems and provides outpatient services to victims, adult offenders and children and adolescents with problem sexual behaviors. Over one hundred adolescents are seen in offender specific treatment through The ITM Group in family, individual and group treatment in six counties. Services are provided to Alachua, Lake, Sumter, Marion, Citrus and Hernando Counties. New components of treatment include a victim and family reunification program and the Intensive Reentry Program, designed to assist juveniles transitioning to the community from residential treatment.

Astrid Hall, Drs, received her degree from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands, in Clinical Psychology. She has been practicing as a professional therapist in the United States since 1985. She received her certification as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 1992 and became a Certified Behavior Analyst in 1990.
She has been working in the field of community safety by working with sexual offenders since 1985. She specialized in Developmental Disabled offenders, developing in and outpatient treatment protocols for adult and juvenile sexual offenders and currently provides services as the Senior Behavior Analyst for a secure State ran facility for men incompetent to stand trial, as well as outpatient Specialized Mental Health and Behavior Analysis for men and women in and around the community of Gainesville. She is qualified to administer the ABEL™ screening and Monarch Plethysmograph. She received a certification from the American College of Certified Counselors as a Sex Offender Treatment Specialist in 2006.
She has been an ATSA member since1992, a FATSA board member since 1996 and FABA member since 2003. She has presented at numerous conferences and co-authored an article on arousal assessment that was published in JABA in 2007.

Dr. Michele Shriner, graduated with her Bachelor and Master's Degrees from the University of Florida in 1990 and 1991, respectively. She continued her education at Florida State University, earning her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology in 1999.
In addition, she completed a year long internship in Clinical Psychology at Lousiana State University in 1998 as part of the requirements for her doctoral degree. Since graduating, Dr. Shriner has been employed as a Psychologist in Gainesville and Lake City, Florida. Her research and practice interests include women's issues, sexual assault and abuse.
She has extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns in adolescents and adult females. Dr. Shriner is a member of the Sexual Battery Committee through the Gainesville Commission on the Status of Women.

Dr. Vermont holds a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate of Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
She has received specialized training with populations that include children, adolescents, families, and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She has also received training with juvenile sex offenders, psychological testing, outpatient adult counseling, and substance abuse counseling.
Dr. Vermont also works as a psychologist for the Bradford County Schools in Starke, Florida as a contract psychologist, providing the school system with educational and psychological testing as well as counseling for pre-school through high school children.

Stacey Davis received both her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Clinical Psychology with a special interest in spirituality from the University of Alabama. She completed both an American Psychological Association-approved internship at the Clemson University Counseling Center and a postdoctoral fellowship at The Georgia Institute of Technology Counseling Center. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Florida Psychological Association and the Georgia Psychological Association. Dr. Davis is licensed as a psychologist in both Florida and Georgia. Currently, she works part-time at the University of Florida’s Counseling Center and maintains a private practice at The ITM group. She treats of adolescents, adults and couples.
Dr. Davis works with individuals experiencing a variety of symptoms, including depression and anxiety. She has special interest in health/wellness promotion (e.g., weight management, fitness goals, healthy living, adherence to medical treatment), stress management, and trauma recovery. She utilizes techniques that target emotions, cognitions and behavior, and she tailors her work to each individual’s needs and goals. In addition, she believes deeply in positive psychology, which aims to identify and celebrate individual strengths, while also addressing limitations. Rose Anna Rutledge is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator. She received her Masters Degree from the University of Florida. She is a clinical associate with the ITM Group of Gainesville, Florida as well as a Private Practitioner. She has over twenty-seven years in this field and consequently, has devoted many years in the mastery of a number of mental health areas. Ms. Rutledge provides psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents and their families and couples. Her areas of specialization include relationship problems, depression, anxiety, addictive disorders, survivors of abuse, mild eating disorders, anger and stress management, personal growth, self esteem and trauma and bereavement. She also is a specialized provider of sexual offender assessments and treatment in her independent practice.
Ms. Rutledge utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Solution Focused therapeutic approach that constructs an individually based treatment plan to address identified problems and goals. She believes that each person she works with has many untapped internal strengths which encourages fast paced and beneficial outcomes.
In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Rutledge has facilitated numerous trainings including subjects on the Florida Baker Act, Sexual Abuse of Children and Adults, Assertiveness, Stress and Anger Management, Sexual Offender Disorders and Treatment among others.
